Basildon councillors visit new homes for borough residents

Borough residents are set to benefit from 10 new homes available for shared ownership in Ballards Walk, Basildon.

Councillor Andrew Baggott, Leader of Basildon Council, visited the homes on Wednesday 25 July alongside Chairman of the Housing Committee, Cllr Don Morris and Cllr Jeff Henry.

He said: “Sempra’s reputation is growing in the industry and it’s easy to see why when you look at these stunning family homes. I am extremely proud to see the council’s house building company deliver quality homes for our residents and key workers.”

The two four-bed and eight two-bed homes, developed by Redrow for Sempra Homes, are earmarked for borough residents and key workers like teachers, ambulance workers, fire fighters, nurses and police officers.
