The Brightlingsea Free Music Festival returned for the 17 year this summer, with a bigger and better line up of groups.
Festival goers from Essex where excited about an array of musical bands who played this year at the community festival, and the event has since been hailed a success.
The annual festival wass held on Hurst Green, Brightlingsea Town, and proceedings went on from Friday, 4 August to Sunday, 6 August.
Cllr Susan Barker, Cabinet Member for Culture, Communities and Customer said: “Free music festivals like this one strengthen community spirit and provide a springboard for local musicians to widen their audience. Our Small Grants Schemes are designed to support local people to get their ideas off the ground, for the benefit of their communities, and it is fantastic to see the Brightlingsea Festival going from strength to strength.”
