Businesses wanting to find out more about how to access grants and support are invited to attend a free funding surgery.
The South East Business Boost (SEBB) is a European Regional Development programme which offers capital grants of between £1,000 and £10,000. It supports small or medium sized businesses wanting to expand as well as start-ups.
Members of the SEBB team will be in the Basildon Centre between 10am and 3.30pm on Wednesday 16 May to discuss business growth ambitions and identify grant funding opportunities. To book your informal one-to-one appointment with the team visit www.basildon.gov.uk/business
Kevin Wright, Senior Economic Development and Regeneration Officer at Basildon Council, said: “The EU funded South East Businesses Boost is all about growth. If you’re thinking of making a purchase which will have a positive financial impact on your business, you could be eligible for a grant of up to 30% towards the total cost.
“The application and decision making process is quick and easy, so make sure you book your free 30 minute slot now to find out more. This funding surgery could make a real difference in supporting local business growth and I would urge businesses across the borough to seize the opportunity whilst funding is still available.”
